This Year’s C-CAP Benefit Will Honor Michael McCarty!

C-CAP, the Careers Through Culinary Arts Program, is an amazing organization that works with public schools across the country to help high school students prepare for college and career opportunities in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Coming up on February 16th, their annual benefit this year will honor our very own Michael McCarty for his contributions to the cause. The benefit is a fabulous party and massive tasting from some of the best chefs in New York. McCarty BFFs Bette Midler and Martin von Haselberg will serve as honorary chairs of the event.
